KHK-21 Product Overview
- The KHK-21 is an automatic moisture analyzer that uses a capacitive sensor for measurement.
The KHK-21 can begin measuring quickly—approximately 1 minute and 30 seconds after being turned on (calibrated to 25℃). Its patented rapid-heating probe, active control method, and quick sensor stabilization make this possible. Since pre-heating and sample line saturation occur simultaneously, no additional time to stabilize the system is required. With its fast preparation time and features optimized for various conditions, the KHK-21 responds quickly to changes in environments and produces immediate measurement results.
- Lower maintenance costs from minimized contamination within the flow path.
All flow paths pass through a four-stage filtration system before reaching the sensor. The incoming air is filtered sequentially through a coarse particle filter, ceramic filter, fine particle filter, and mesh filter, effectively blocking dust and organic matter from entering the device. Additionally, the system periodically purges the sensor and flow path to expel chemical contaminants.
- Discrepancies against manual measurement have been significantly reduced.
Unlike conventional automatic moisture analyzers, which simply output a single value measured by one sensor, the KHK-21 compiles results from ten internal sensors to produce a comprehensive measurement. The data analysis incorporates machine learning technology, trained and refined using data collected from approximately 200 different stacks. As a result, the KHK-21 can operate in high-pressure, low-pressure, and high-temperature environments where accurate measurement has been traditionally difficult.
Convenient Use
Built for Performance
HIghly Reliable
Convenient Use
• Detachable probe
Unlike other models, the device uses a detachable probe, making it easier to transport and store
• Intelligent self-diagnosis
To diagnose any issues with the device, you can perform a self-diagnosis with just a few button touches, quickly identifying abnormalities in the sensors and various connection points. Additionally, you can check for any air leakage in the flow path
• Bluetooth thermal transfer printer
The device supports connection to a Bluetooth thermal transfer printer
• Data storage and display functions
To save data, you don't need to print results after every measurement. You can use the thermal transfer printer to output data or store it on a USB drive
• Data Security
Using the encrypted QR code printed alongside the data from the thermal transfer printer or stored on the USB, the original data can be reliably checked using the KYMA app
Built for Performance
• Lithium Iron Phosphate (LiFePO4) battery
The lithium iron phosphate (LiFePO4) battery ensures reliable operation in both low and high-temperature environments, while minimizing the risk of device failure due to thermal runaway during charging, discharging, or external impacts
• Expandable probe
With the expandable probe attached, measurements can be taken up to approximately 500℃ in stacks
• Probe disconnection detection
If the probe is disconnected during or before use, the safety feature detects this and either halts the measurement process or completely prevents it from starting
• Filter and probe installation detection
If the filter is not attached to the end of the probe or if the correct probe is not installed, the device prevents the measurement from taking place. If an extended probe is installed, the device detects it and increases the flow path saturation time accordingly
HIghly Reliable
• Safe probe surface temperature
The probe, made from dual carbon pipes, effectively eliminates the risk of burns to the user
• Use of high-capacity suction pump
The high-capacity suction pump, with a flow rate of 4L per minute, ensures that gas enters the flow path, enabling moisture measurement regardless of the stack's conditions
• Rapid probe heating
KYMA's proprietary probe pre-heating method, based on a patented technology, enables rapid measuring by the device. The custom-made probe, featuring dual carbon pipes, special metal pipes, and specialized wires, forms the core elements for rapid preheating.
